How can I get a cool Steelmont watch right away?

What if I suddenly switch gears and have to change or cancel my order?

No sweat. U.S. orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and international orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Just contact us with your cancellation or change immediately and if it's within 1 to 2 days of your original request, we'll stop or change your order. If your watch has shipped, however, you'll have to return it and ask for a refund.

So what forms of recompense (that's payment) do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa, Paypal and iPay.

What about discounts for military heroes — past and present?

U-bet we offer military discounts. Take a few seconds to verify your military status. Send an email to timekeeper@steelmontwatch.com from your military email address and we'll pass on a nice discount. After all, you deserve one for all you've done for all of us.

Should I sweat the shipping costs?

No worries! Standard shipping is on us as long as your address is within the U.S.

I hate waiting for stuff. What's the usual ETA for a Steelmont?

We hear you! That's why we work hard to fulfill orders within 1 to 2 business days of your paid order, excluding holidays. Once processed, your watch should be comfortably wrapped around your wrist within 5 to 10 business days. If you want to expedite your order, however, choose one of our speedier shipping options when you place your order. Please read our Shipping Policy.

I need my Steelmont pronto. Can I turbo boost my order?

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional shipping cost. Select your preferred shipping speed when placing your order.

Can I track my order with GPS?

Not quite, but we will update your order with a tracking number when we ship your items. Just click the order status link in your confirmation email or sign in to your account to track your package.

What about alphabet soup addresses like an APO/FPO/DPO? Can you deal?

We deliver anywhere in the U.S., but we cannot deliver to those addresses using UPS. We can, however, get your Steelmont Watch to you via USPS free of charge. And don't forget to verify your military status to receive your military discount.

I have a P.O. Box? Can you ship to a hole in the wall like that too?

We certainly can ship to P.O. Box via USPS. However, we are not responsible if the post office misplaces your order and we cannot offer a refund. But yeah, we'll deliver your watch to your box.

Do you ship to faraway places like Alfa-Centauri?

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Columbia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

The world is a big place! Does it cost more to ship across the globe?

Unfortunately, yes. International shipping options and associated shipping charges will be made available to you during checkout. Please read our International Shipping Policy.

Who pays all that additional duty on foreign deliveries?

Excellent question! The simple answer is you do. All taxes charged by your country's customs are your responsibility and not included in our pricing or shipping. It's best to contact your customs agency for details. Please read our International Shipping Policy.

What if where I'm at is not where you go yet?

We're currently working on adding countries to our shipping list. In the meantime, if you're interested in a Steelmont product please email us at timekeeper@steelmontwatch.com. We will look into your location's import and export regulations.

Are Trans-Oceanic deliveries more impulse or warp drive?

While there are many variables like the speed of your courier and customs process in your country, one thing you can be sure of is we process and ship within 1 to 2 business days and email you a tracking number the minute the product is sent out.

Can I supersonic my order overseas?

Sorry. At the moment, we do not offer express shipping on international orders.

Do I track overseas orders by GPS or honing pigeon?

Actually neither. You will receive a tracking number when you get your shipping confirmation email from us. You can enter the number on the courier's website or right here on ours.

What if I get it but no longer want it?

If you do not open the package and return it to us, we simply issue a refund less the cost of return shipment, shipping costs at your end or any import and export duties. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Hold it! I just saw another Steelmont model I like even more than the one I ordered! What do I do now?

Well, you could send your order back, ask for a refund and then place a new order on the model you like better. As long as you're trading one Steelmont for another, we're happy to accommodate. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

Give me the scoop on returns — I can handle it!

We can't imagine anyone not loving a Steelmont watch, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund in full. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of returns within the U.S. and provide a full refund as long as the returned product is in brand new, original, unused condition with packaging, information sheets and protective coverings intact. If we deem the item used, damaged or unworthy for resale, we will return the item to you and you will be required to pay the shipping charges. Note: If you purchased our product at an authorized retailer, you must look to them for refunds and are subject to their policies, not ours.

Can you you walk me through the return process?

First thing to do is complete the Return Request form. Upon completion, an email will be sent to you with instructions. You will receive update emails throughout the return process. Please read our Return Policy to understand whether your product is refundable or not.

Warranty & Repair

Have you got me covered or what?

Do I need to register my watch with the authorities?

If you ordered online, you're purchase is already registered. If you purchased your Steelmont at an authorized dealer, take a moment to register it. Registering is optional, but it does help expedite warranty claims and repairs. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims so keep your original receipt.

Hey, I got my Steelmont as a gift! Can I have a warranty, too?

Certainly! If your gift was purchased online on our website or at an authorized dealer, it is fully warrantied. Proof of purchase, however, is required so ask those who gifted you your Steelmont for the receipt and also register it online via our website. Please see our Warranty Terms.

Uh-oh, my Steelmont needs repair! What do I do now?

That’s easy. Just request one online. In fact, here’s the link: Request for Repair.

Is my repair going to cost an arm and a rim?

If your watch is under warranty, the repair costs are covered. If it is under warranty but the repair involves a non-warrantied part, there will be a related charge for fixing the watch. If the watch is no longer under warranty, all repairs are billable. Please see our Warranty Terms.

Is it true warranty coverage is only for purchases at steelmontwatch.com or authorized retailers?

The simple answer is yes and the reason why is we have no control over the authenticity, quality and condition of watch sold by an unauthorized vendor. If you purchased your new or used Steelmont from an unauthorized source, whether online or in a store, the watch is not covered by our warranty. Since the retailer in this case has no relationship with us it may not be an authentic Steelmont and even if it is, the store or online site you purchased it from is still not authorized to sell our products. In which case, we have no obligation to warranty the sale.
