If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund. Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, with original packaging, protective coverings, and original tags.
Soiled, damaged, altered or used products will not be refundable. Refunds will be issued at our discretion. If we deem the item used or damaged, we cannot offer you a refund and will send the item back to you. In this case, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
The refund will be credited back to the payment method you used when placing the order. We work quickly to credit your account, typical 1-2 business days upon receiving and inspecting the item. However, please allow 5 to 14 business days for your payment provider to pass the refund on to you.
Returns are only valid for items purchased on steelmontwatch.com. If you purchased our product at an authorized retailer, you must look to them for refunds and are subject to their policies, not ours.
For our U.S. Customers:
We pay the cost of return shipping.
For our International Customers:
You will be required to pay for all return shipping costs and duties. We highly recommend using a courier service with a tracking system and insurance policy as we will not refund products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

At this time we do not offer the option to exchange a product for another. However, you may return the item you purchased for a refund and place a new order for your desired item. Returns must meet all conditions listed above in the Return Policy.
